A retired FBI Supervisory Special Agent and former Special Forces officer, Dale has nearly 30 years of crisis management experience as an operator and supervisor within kidnapping, hostage rescue, counter-terror, NSSE and intelligence disciplines. Dale oversaw the federal interagency Hostage Recovery Fusion Cell as the Crisis Negotiations Supervisor, served with the FBI’s Hostage Rescue Team as an Operator and Special Mission Planner, and served in supervisory roles with the FBI’s International Operations Division and the CIA’s Counterterrorism Center.

At PricewaterhouseCoopers, Ray led hacking and cybersecurity mitigation and intervention assessments, at Fannie Mae he established the office of CIO, and he has served as a SME for Fortune 100 companies designing data breach mitigation and recovery strategies. Ray holds Bachelor of Accounting and Master of Accounting Information Systems degrees from Florida International University, and IASCA’s CISA and CRISC certifications.
Drew Pache
Drew has over 25 years’ experience in Crisis Response and Emergency Management, with operational experience in over 40 countries. As a Special Forces officer, Drew served extensively in intelligence service policy-making, reporting and counter-proliferations operations. In the private sector, Drew served as a senior manager of security operations responsible for Middle Eastern emergency management programs. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Norwich University, Master of Science from the National Defense Intelligence University, and is an ASIS CPP and NREMT.
